The Trading Pair Trust Score assesses the quality of each trading pair listed on an exchange. It influences the ranking of trading pairs on CoinGecko Coin Pages.

Components

• Bid-ask spread: The difference between the best available buy and sell prices. A narrower spread generally indicates a more liquid market.

• Order book depth: The amount of liquidity available near the current market price.

• Volume quality: The extent to which reported trading volume is consistent with genuine market activity.

• Trading activity: Whether the trading pair is actively traded.

• Exchange Trust Score: The overall trust rating of the exchange on which the trading pair is listed.
