1. When will the ACS tokens be airdropped?
The Access protocol ACS airdrop was distributed on February 15, 2023. If you are verified for the airdrop, ACS tokens will be dropped to your respective Solana wallet addresses, and will appear on hub.accessprotocol.co/rewards when you connect your wallet.
2. Are my ACS tokens transferable?
ACS received from this airdrop will be non-transferable and instantly staked in CoinGecko’s pool for 1 year, granting access to Gecko Ramblings newsletter. Users will be able to redeem and transfer rewards generated through staking.
3. How do I check if I received my airdrop?
You will be able to see your ACS from Feb 15, 2023 onwards. To view your locked Airdrop and get visibility on when it unlocks, visit hub.accessprotocol.co/rewards
4. Why can't I see my ACS airdrop in my Solana wallet?
ACS claimed through this airdrop will be automatically staked in CoinGecko's pool on hub.accessprotocol.co/rewards for 1 year. As such, you will not be able to see ACS directly in your Solana wallet, unless connected to the protocol.
5. I did not receive my ACS airdrop despite redeeming Access Airdrop vouchers via the Candy Rewards Store.
There are several reasons and factors as to why you may have not received ACS tokens in the airdrop. These reasons include but are not limited to:
(a) Suspicion of bot activity / mal-intent – i.e. we noted that you have exceeded the number of redemptions allowed per user, and/or the unique Candy Rewards code you submitted was used more than once across multiple users and wallets, indicating that it has been leaked or compromised. This batch of users will be strictly disqualified from the airdrop, as indicated in our Airdrop and Candy Rewards T&Cs.
(b) Did not submit your details through our form within the stipulated time frame, after redeeming the ACS Airdrop voucher on our Candy Rewards store. We will unfortunately be unable to accept appeal requests, as we had previously extended the submission timeline and announced it across our social media channels.
(c) Incorrect wallet information provided – for example, submitting an Ethereum wallet address instead of a Solana wallet address. We accept wallet change requests prior to the airdrop on Feb 15, and up until COB on Feb 16, 2023. We will no longer be accepting wallet change requests and appeals moving forward, as a reasonable amount of time was provided for users to make wallet change requests.
6. I forgot to claim the airdrop after redeeming the voucher on Candy Rewards. What should I do?
Sorry! The airdrop campaign has ended. As we had previously extended the submission timeline and announced it across our social media channels, we will not be able to cater to further claim requests.
7. I had redeemed multiple ACS Candy Rewards vouchers, but did not receive the full amount of my airdrop.
One or more of your redemptions tied to a unique Candy Rewards code may have been identified as suspicious of bot activity / mal-intent (see (5)), and as such, that particular ACS airdrop has been disqualified.
8. Where can I claim my ACS daily rewards? (Note: ACS daily rewards are different from the ACS airdrop)
24 hours after your initial stake, you can claim your daily rewards at app.accessprotocol.co/rewards. These rewards can be used to stake more within your existing CoinGecko pool, or to discover new creators on Access protocol’s platform.
9. I received an additional liquid airdrop. What is this about?
This is a bonus airdrop for CoinGecko users, verified for the locked airdrop with ACS staked in our creator pool for a year. This means you should receive a liquid airdrop on top of your locked ACS redeemed via Candy Rewards.
10. I received the locked airdrop, but did not receive the liquid airdrop.
