Why is my token price static/not being updated?

If a token price seems to be stuck or has not been updated for some time, kindly click Submit a request at the top of this page, then at the "Issue" field, select (2) - Info updates to Token/Exchange pages and submit the details for our team to investigate the issue.

Important note: The price of a cryptoasset is calculated based on the pairings available and collected by CoinGecko from the various exchanges for a particular cryptoasset. The price shown on CoinGecko for a particular cryptoasset is calculated using a global volume-weighted average price formula.

 CoinGecko is a data aggregator website where we collate and aggregate data from multiple sources into a single website. We make no guarantees of the legitimacy of each and every source despite our best efforts to evaluate and perform our own team due diligence prior to hosting the data on our platform.
