4. I haven't received my order / how can I track my order?
You should receive an email containing your tracking number within 2-3 business days after claiming your Swagpack. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't locate it, kindly click 'Submit a request' at the top of this page. In the 'Issue' field, select (5) - CoinGecko Store, and provide the following details for our team to assist you:
- Registered email address on CoinGecko
- Order Number
- Date of order
