I accidentally purchased the CoinGecko API annual subscription instead of the monthly subscription. Can I get a refund?

We understand that mistakes can happen, but we’d like to clarify our refund policy. CoinGecko operates under a no-refund policy, as outlined in our Terms of Service. This means that once a subscription is purchased, we are unable to process refunds. 

To avoid such situations, we strongly recommend double checking the subscription details, including the subscription duration and amount, on the confirmation page before proceeding with the payment.
