Free Moca ID by Mocaverse FAQ

1. What is this campaign about?
   

   This voucher allows you to gain access to claim a Moca ID and link it with your CoinGecko Account.  

   What is the Moca ID?

   Moca ID is the decentralized identity (DID) that gives you access to Animoca Brands’ 450+ portfolio companies alongside our ever-growing partner ecosystem. It will act as your identity proof that can travel with you across the various products allowing you to accrue points and build your reputation across our entire ecosystem (or even beyond).
   
   

2. When will the Free Moca ID by Mocaverse campaign take place?
   The campaign will run from Wednesday, January 31 2024, 9pm EST / Thursday, February 1 2024, 10am MYT through Tuesday, December 31 2024, 10am EST / Tuesday, December 31 2024, 11pm MYT.
   
   

3. How do I participate in the "Free Moca ID by Mocaverse" campaign?

   All CoinGecko users with sufficient candies are eligible to participate in this giveaway.

   To participate, one must log in/create an account on CoinGecko.

   Each user can redeem one Moca ID from Mocaverse with 340 candies.

   Upon redeeming the reward, you will find your Candy Reward voucher listed under 'My Rewards'. Click 'Use Now' and you will be automatically redirected to a new page to redeem your Moca ID.

   In order to receive your Moca ID, you are required to follow these instructions:

   • After confirming, you will be automatically redirected to a new page. On this page, you will find a prominent button labeled "Join Mocaverse." Click on this button to proceed.
   • Once you click on the "Join Mocaverse" button, you will be redirected to the Mocaverse Page.
   • At this point, you have two options:
     a) if you already have an existing Moca ID, you can log in with your credentials.
     b) If you don't have a Moca ID, you can sign up to create a new one.
   • After logging in or signing up, you will have the opportunity to link your newly created or existing Moca ID with your CoinGecko Account.
     

    

4. How many Moca ID's can I redeem?
   Each user can redeem one (1) Moca ID from Mocaverse with 340 candies.
   
   

5. How many total Moca ID's are up for grabs?
   A total of 20,000 Moca IDs are eligible to be redeemed by users on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   

6. Troubleshooting steps: I used my email to login in the Mocaverse page but the page seems stuck. How do I proceed?

   If you prefer to use email to login, please create a ticket in Mocaverse's Discord and the team will assist with troubleshooting.

   Alternatively you may use the wallet login option to proceed.
   
   

7. What are the Terms & Conditions of this campaign?
   
   • The campaign will run from Wednesday, January 31 2024, 9pm EST / Thursday, February 1 2024, 10am MYT through Tuesday, December 31 2024, 10am EST / Tuesday, December 31 2024, 11pm MYT.
   • Each user can redeem a maximum of one (1) Moca ID with 340 candies, on CoinGecko’s Candy Rewards store. Log into your CoinGecko account and you will be able to redeem accordingly.
   • A total of 20,000 Moca IDs are eligible to be redeemed by users on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Candies spent to redeem the Moca ID are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
   • CoinGecko and Mocaverse shall not be subject to liability for any loss or damages, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, and reserve the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
