If you are trying to sign in / login into CoinGecko via the mobile app (iOS and Android) and getting error "Error connecting from ASN. Please contact support if this issue persists" as per the screenshot below, you will want to check a few things.
- Are you using a VPN? If yes, you may want to disconnect from the VPN and try logging in again to see if it works.
- If you are not using a VPN and it still does not work, you will need to submit a support ticket with the following information.
- Visit https://checkip.amazonaws.com/ and copy the IP address in the page and share it in the support ticket.
- Our security team will review the case and attempt to resolve it.
- If you are using a VPN, you may do step (2) above as well, but we may not be able to resolve the issue with you as the VPN you are using may be flagged by our security settings.
