When you sign up for an account or redeeming a reward on the Candy store, you will be asked to solve a captcha.
If you get the following error "HCaptcha Verification failed", as per the screenshot. There are a few things you can try.
- You may be connected to a VPN. If you are, please disconnect from the VPN and re-try it again. This has been reported as the most common reason for this error.
- Look for another network to connect. If you are connected to a home internet, you may opt to connect to your mobile internet instead or vice versa. Then re-try it again.
If the above steps do not work, you may write in to us informing us about the problem so we can troubleshoot it. However, we are unlikely to be able to resolve the issue for you on the spot.

I have not been able to redeem my reward on my App due to this error message( failed to redeem- Hcaptcha verification failed)
Kindly respond to the above as have been experiencing this for more than six months and have not been able to redeem any reward. Thanks
