- When a token migrates to a new contract address.
- When a project undergoes rebranding, affecting its name, logo, or other significant identifiers.
Token Information on Contract Function
- Information about contract functionality, such as proxy contract, variable taxes or the ability to mint new tokens.
Vital Information to Provide to Users/Holders (e.g hacks)
- Critical information that needs to be communicated to users or token holders.
How to Request for Removal of a Public Notice:
To request the removal of a public notice:
- Go to CoinGecko Support and submit a removal request.
- Provide CoinGecko token link and relevant supporting links based on conditions as stated below.

- You may submit a request to remove the notice after 2 months from the migration or rebrand.

Show verifiable evidence (e.g., on-chain transaction hash or public explorer data) that control over the function has been renounced or permanently disabled. -
Justification for the function:
Explain the original purpose of the function (e.g., why a mint function or upgrade mechanism was included).
Vital Information to Provide to Users/Holders (e.g hacks)
- A detailed post-mortem report addressing the incident and root cause.

Confirmation that the issue has been fully resolved, with no recurrence.

A reasonable time period has passed since the resolution with no new incidents.
