Get started with advertising on CoinGecko!
1. Navigate to CoinGecko Ads Manager.
2. Sign Up or Log In
NOTE: CoinGecko Advertiser and CoinGecko.com accounts are unique to one another. You will need to create a separate account for Self-serve Ads.
a. For New User: If you do not have an account, please sign up here.
- You may choose to sign up using:

- Your Google account
- Your GitHub account
- Or sign up manually by entering:
- Email Address
- Password (Must contain at least 8 characters, including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character)
- Complete the human verification (Cloudflare captcha).
- Click Sign Up.
- Once you’ve signed up, you will be prompted to set up your Ads Manager profile by filling in the following details:

- First Name
- Last Name
- Business / Project Name (e.g., My Business)
- What kind of business are you? (Select from the dropdown menu)
- Business Website (e.g., https://example.com)
- Where is your business located? (Select your country from the dropdown list. You may type in the name of the country without pause to quickly find the intended country.)
- Click Complete once all fields are filled.
Please note that information such as Business Profile is mandatory.
b. For Existing User: If you already have an account, simply log in to access the dashboard.
3. Upon successful logging in, you will be redirected to the CoinGecko Ads Manager Dashboard, where you can:
- Create, view and manage all your ad campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance
- Update billing and business information
Your business name and email address will be displayed at the bottom left corner of the dashboard.
Make sure your business information is accurate to avoid any issues with campaign approvals or billing.
How do I create an Ad Campaign on CoinGecko?
Note: Please ensure that you are logged in before proceeding.
1. Click Create Campaign
After logging in, navigate to your dashboard and click Create Campaign to get started.
2. Choose Your Ad Placement:
- Select your desired Ad Placement.
3. Create Campaign:
- Enter your Campaign Name.
- Define the ad objective. Ad objectives include the following:
- Traffic
- Conversions
- Awareness
- App Installs
- Select only one.
4. Set Up Audience and Budget:

Demographics
Select from the list of countries and regions where the ad will be served. You can select more than one. Note: A Country must be selected in prior and all Regions for the selected Country are included by default. You can deselect/ exclude certain Regions manually only after selecting a Country. You can check the total number of Regions selected on the top bar.

Devices Type
Select one or more device platform(s) of which your ads should be served. You can select more than one platform.

Set Up Delivery
In the Pricing section, you will configure the following:
- Budget Type (Daily of Lifetime)
- Budget amount (USD)
- Start and End Dates

Bidding & Optimization
Enter your desired bidding price.
Hit ‘Next’ when you are ready to proceed, or ‘Save Draft’ if there are pending changes to apply or if you wish to proceed another time.
5. Create Ad:
CoinGecko Boosted Exchange
Under Placements & Creatives, select the desired ad placement type.
Add the intended Exchanges and Trading Pairs to boost by searching for them in the search box.
On the right side of the screen, there is a Preview section that exemplifies how the Boosted Exchange/ Boosted Tokens would be displayed.
6. Review & Payment
Enter your Billing Information. Note that all other information is required, except for Tax ID.
On the right-hand section, you can find a brief Summary window showing the Campaign Item, Ad Groups and Ad Types, all of which you had previously configured in one view.
Next, review your price details at the bottom. Ad Credits can be used as payment.
If there are insufficient Ads Credits:
You can top up Ads Credits using debit/ credit cards, or cryptocurrency (coming soon). You can do so by first reviewing your payable amount and choosing the intended Payment Method, then click on ‘Continue Payment’ to launch the payment gateway.
