Guide: How to Use the CoinGecko Exchange Listing Request Form

If you are looking to list your centralized or decentralized exchange on CoinGecko, you can submit your application directly through our self-serve portal. This guide walks you through the submission process and explains how to track your application status.

 

Step-by-Step Submission Guide

To submit your exchange information, please follow these steps:

  1. Log In: Log in to your CoinGecko account. If you do not have one, you will need to sign up first. (Refer to our guide: [How do I sign up for a CoinGecko account?] for help.)

  1. Access the Platform: Visit the Partners Platform.
  2. Start a New Request: Navigate to the Request & Listing tab and click on the + New Request button.

  1. Select the Exchange Type: Choose the category that accurately describes your platform:
    • Centralized Spot Exchange: A centralized platform providing spot markets.
    • Centralized Derivatives Exchange: A centralized platform providing derivatives markets.
    • Decentralized Spot Exchange: A decentralized platform providing spot markets.
    • Decentralized Derivatives Exchange: A decentralized platform providing derivatives markets.

  1. Fill in the Details: Complete the exchange details form. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, but we highly encourage providing as much information as possible to avoid integration delays.
  2. Submit Your Request: Acknowledge the terms and conditions, complete the captcha verification, and click the Submit Request button.

Tracking Your Application

Upon successful submission, a success message will display on your screen, and you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique Request ID (e.g., ELXXXXX).

You can monitor the real-time status of your request at any time by navigating to the Request & Listing tab in your Partners Platform.

 

Understanding Your Application Status 

Status Description
Pending Your submission is currently waiting in the queue to be reviewed by our team.
Approved The submission is approved! We will attempt to integrate the exchange as soon as possible. (Note: Incorrect or incomplete data may cause delays. Check the "Integration" column for updates.)
Ongoing The technical integration of your exchange is currently underway.
Completed The submission has been successfully integrated, and your exchange is now officially listed. Take a look and share it with your community!
Rejected The submission has been rejected. Please refer to the "Remarks" column for specific feedback. Rejections are final, but we encourage you to improve your platform and resubmit for re-evaluation in approximately 90 days.
