I paid using BSC or Polygon tokens. Why is my Premium subscription not active?

We use Coinbase Commerce to accept cryptocurrency payments. Currently, we only accept BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, and ERC-20 version for USDC and DAI. Do not send non-ERC-20 tokens for USDC and DAI (e.g. BSC or Polygon). Coinbase Commerce will not accept these payment methods and CoinGecko will not be able to offer any refund for such mistakes as we do not receive the funds either.
