Why have I not received my giveaway prize yet?

Our reward partners that we work with in conjunction with our giveaways will be distributing the prizes.

This may take up to 2 weeks at a time as we coordinate the winner details and the logistics of gift distribution. If it has been more than 2 weeks, do reach out to us by clicking on Submit a request at the top of this page. Select 6 - Marketing Giveaway and do inform us of the relevant giveaway details. Our team will check and get back to you.
