I only want crypto prices (e.g. BTC price), how can I do this?

You can use our minimalistic /simple endpoint.

• Available for all currencies supported on CG
• Query by coin id (list: https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/coins/list)
• Query by contract address (if token)

With this endpoint, you should get the most relevant data which you need - just the price.
