- North Korea
- Russia
- Somalia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Venezuela
- Yemen
- Zimbabwe
- 3 regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk)
CoinGecko reserves the right in its sole discretion to update, amend, add to, and/or delete from the above-stated list of Excluded Countries from time to time without any notice or reference to you, and such amended list shall take effect immediately upon its being posted here. You agree it is your responsibility to check this webpage regularly to keep yourself updated on the list of Excluded Countries.
In the event that any transaction is or has been entered into with any entity residing or domiciled in one of the Excluded Countries, CoinGecko reserves its right to terminate such transaction (and any contracts thereto) with such entity immediately upon notice without any liability, refund, or compensation of any kind.
These terms relating to Excluded Countries shall take precedence over any other conflicting provisions that may be found in a contract executed with any counterparty.
