I would like to cancel my subscription, how should I go about that?

If you are a self-serve subscriber (paid for Analyst/Lite/Pro plan via credit card) and would like to cancel your subscription, you can do it easily within your developer dashboard:

1. Login to your Developer Dashboard
2. Click on the “API Plan Details” in the green tab. 
3. Click on the "Cancel My Plan" button. 

If you're our Enterprise plan customer, or do not see the "API Plan Details" tab option on your Developer Dashboard, kindly reach out to your account manager or our API team via api@coingecko.com to initiate the cancellation process.
