How to Update Your API Subscriptions Invoice Information

This guide explains how to update your billing details for future invoices. You can use these steps to easily modify your credit card information, billing address, or company Tax ID.

Updating Your Details 

To modify your billing information, please follow these steps:

1. Access the Dashboard: Log in to your CoinGecko account and visit your Developer’s Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Billing: Click on the Billing & Plans tab.

3. Manage Billing: Click the Manage Billing button. You will be redirected to our secure billing portal.

4. Apply Changes: Update your credit card details, billing address, or Tax ID (if applicable), and ensure you save the changes.

Important Note

This self-serve process applies exclusively to clients who pay via credit card. If your subscription is paid through an alternative payment method, such as a bank transfer or cryptocurrency, please submit a ticket here to reach our support team to update your invoice information.
