GeckoTerminal Fast Pass is a paid service designed to prioritize the review of your token info update request. The service offers a faster response time but does not guarantee approval of any submission. By purchasing Fast Pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Overview
GeckoTerminal Fast Pass provides expedited review services for both coin listing and coin update requests. This ensures that your application receives a response within a 24-hour window from the time of submission.
- Token Info Update Requests: Fast Pass accelerates the review of specific coin update requests, ensuring faster processing.
It is important to note that Fast Pass only ensures quicker response times and does not influence or guarantee the outcome of the review process. Approval of any listing or update is subject to GeckoTerminal's standard listing criteria and policies.
2. Scope of Service
Fast Pass is limited to the following types of requests:

Token Info Update Requests: For guidance on how to submit a token info update, please refer to our Token Info Update Guide. The following fields are eligible for Fast Pass review:
- Logo Update
- Project Name Update
- Website URL/Community URL/Whitepaper URL/Github URL Update
- Project Content/Description Update
- Community Takeover Update (CTO)

Note: Only the specific fields mentioned above are covered under Fast Pass for coin updates. Any requests outside of these fields, or those not submitted through the correct form, will not be considered under the Fast Pass service.
3. Limitations of Fast Pass
- Fast Pass guarantees faster processing but does not guarantee that your request will be approved. All requests, whether expedited or not, are subject to our standard review process, and approval depends on whether the submission meets GeckoTerminal's listing and update criteria.

Refunds: GeckoTerminal will not issue refunds for requests made outside the scope of Fast Pass or for requests that are rejected due to non-compliance with our listing requirements.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible for Fast Pass, your request must be submitted via the proper token update forms available on GeckoTerminal's platform. Requests made outside of these forms or unrelated to the fields covered by Fast Pass will not be eligible for this expedited service.
5. Refund Policy
There is no refund for any Fast Pass purchase(s) made. GeckoTerminal will not be liable for the following, or any other unforeseen conditions:
- The token update request does not meet GeckoTerminal's listing criteria and is rejected.
- The request falls outside the eligible fields covered by Fast Pass.
- The application was submitted incorrectly or with incomplete information.
6. Additional Notes
- Fast Pass covers only the initial review. Should your submission require multiple rounds of updates or clarifications, these may be subject to standard processing times.
- GeckoTerminal reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Fast Pass service at any time.
