What does the CoinGecko Fast Pass feature cover?

CoinGecko Fast Pass is a paid service designed to prioritize the review of your coin listing or coin update request. The service offers a faster response time but does not guarantee approval of any submission. By purchasing Fast Pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Service Overview

CoinGecko Fast Pass provides expedited review services for coin listing, coin update, contract migration or rebranding, and tag/category update requests.  This ensures that your application receives a response within a 24-hour window from the time of submission.

  • Coin Listing Requests: Fast Pass accelerates the evaluation of new coin listing applications submitted through our platform.
  • Coin Update Requests: Fast Pass accelerates the review of specific coin update requests, ensuring faster processing.
  • Contract Migration/ Rebranding Requests: Fast Pass accelerates the review process for contract migration or rebranding requests, ensuring faster processing.
  • Tag/ Category Requests: Fast Pass accelerates the evaluation of tag/ category applications submitted through our platform.

It is important to note that Fast Pass only ensures quicker response times and does not influence or guarantee the outcome of the review process. Approval of any listing or update is subject to CoinGecko's standard listing criteria and policies.


2. Scope of Service

Fast Pass is limited to the following types of requests:

  • Coin Listing Requests: For guidance on how to submit a coin listing application, please refer to our Coin Listing Guide.
     
  • Coin Update Requests: The following fields are eligible for Fast Pass review:
    • Logo Update
    • Project Name/Crypto Symbol Update
    • Website URL/Community URL/Whitepaper URL/Github URL Update
    • Project Content/Description Update
    • New Listing on Exchanges / New Market Addition (Market Mapping)
    • New Contract Addition

Note: Only the specific fields mentioned above are covered under Fast Pass for coin updates. Any requests outside of these fields, or those not submitted through the correct form, will not be considered under the Fast Pass service.

  • Contract Migration/ Rebranding Requests: This includes requests related to:
    • 1:1 Contract Migration
    • Non 1:1 Contract Migration
    • Project Rebrand

  • Tag/ Category Requests: This refers to the assignment of tags on Coin Pages.

3. Limitations of Fast Pass

  • Fast Pass guarantees faster processing, but does not guarantee that your request will be approved. All requests, whether expedited or not, are subject to our standard review process, and approval depends on whether the submission meets CoinGecko’s listing and update criteria.
  • Refunds: CoinGecko will not issue refunds for requests made outside the scope of Fast Pass or for requests that are rejected due to non-compliance with our listing requirements.
     

4. Eligibility

To be eligible for Fast Pass, your request must be submitted via the proper coin listing or coin update forms available on CoinGecko’s platform. Requests made outside of these forms or unrelated to the fields covered by Fast Pass will not be eligible for this expedited service.


5. Refund Policy

There is no refund for any Fast Pass purchase(s) made. CoinGecko will not be liable for the following, or any other unforeseen conditions:

  • The request does not meet CoinGecko’s listing or update criteria and is rejected.
  • The request falls outside the eligible fields covered by Fast Pass.
  • The application was submitted incorrectly or with incomplete information.


6. Additional Notes

  • Fast Pass covers only the initial review. Should your submission require multiple rounds of updates or clarifications, these may be subject to standard processing times.
  • CoinGecko reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Fast Pass service at any time.
